    • 1.Where is your factories?

      Our company has five major production bases, including Lanzhou in Gansu, Linyi in Shandong, Binhai in Tianjin, Ulanqab in Inner Mongolia, and Binzhou in Shandong. The annual output is 200,000 tons of calcined coke, 150,000 tons of graphitized carburizer, and 20,000 tons of silicon carbide.

    • 2.What shippment item you can offer?

      By courier, like DHL, UPS, Fedex. That is door to door, usually 5-7 days to arrive. By air transport, usually 3-4 days to arrive. By sea transport, usually 15-30 days to arrive.

    • 3.Are you the factory?

      Yes, we have our own factory, this means we can control the quality and we only ship the cargo which produced by ourselves, the quality can be stable and the price can be competitive, please don't worry.

    • 4.What kind of products do you offer?

      We offer Graphite Electrode(RP,HP,UHP),GPC,CPC,Graphite block,Isostatical graphite block,semi-finished graphite product and other graphite products.

    • 5.What about the lead time for mass product?

      The lead time is based on the quantity, about 7-12days. For graphite product, apply Dual-use items license need about 15-20 working days.

    • 6.Is it OK to print my LOGO on product package?

      Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample

    • 7.What is your terms of delivery?

      We accept FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, etc. You can choose the most convenient way for you. Besides that, we can also shipping by Air and Express.

    • 8.What about the lead time?

      Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production time usually needs 15-20 days.

    • 9.Product packaging?

      We are packed in bulk ship or in ton bag or placing in container or according to your requirements.

      We deliver the goods by truck to port, or loading in container in factory.

      We usually quote within 24 hours after getting your detailed requirements, like size, quantity etc. If it is an urgent order, you can call us directly.

    • 15.Can I see the sample first before I place the real order ?

      Of course. We can offer little sample for testing quality and market.

    • 16.How does your factory control the quality？

      Quality is the life of our factory, first, each raw materials, come to our factory, we will test it first, and after each manufacturing step,we will test it, and then all the manufacturing process finished, we will do the final test before the commodities left our factory.

    • 17.Do you provide samples?

      Yes, samples are available for you to check our quality. Samples delivery time will be about 3-10 days.

    • 32.How to deal with the faulty?

      Firstly, our products are produce in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.01%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we can discuss the solution including compensate for customer losses.
